The Syrian civil war has created one of the worst humanitarian crises in modern history, and women are among the most vulnerable. In conflict zones, sexual violence and forced marriages are widespread. Many women are displaced, living in refugee camps where they lack basic necessities and face constant threats of abuse. Additionally, societal and legal barriers prevent women from rebuilding their lives or participating in post-war recovery efforts.
