3Barr
Barr is known as the “wine capital of Bas-Rhin,” and this traditional Alsatian village is home to several wineries and annual wine festivals. The town’s cobbled streets are lined with half-timbered houses, and its wine-making heritage is celebrated each autumn with a harvest festival, Fête des Vendanges. Barr is also close to Mont Sainte-Odile, a pilgrimage site and mountain offering beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards.
