6High Heels
While high heels might make you feel polished and stylish, they’re not a good choice for air travel. First, navigating an airport often involves a lot of walking, from check-in to security, to finding your gate. Wearing heels can slow you down and lead to discomfort or even injuries like sprained ankles. Additionally, should you encounter turbulence or the need for an emergency evacuation, high heels can hinder your ability to move quickly and safely.
Instead, consider wearing comfortable flats, sneakers, or slip-on shoes. Not only will they make passing through airport security easier (since you’ll need to remove your shoes), but they’ll also provide better support and safety while walking through the terminal or the cabin.
