Victoria Falls, known locally as “Mosi-oa-Tunya” or “The Smoke That Thunders,” is one of the largest and most powerful waterfalls in the world. Located on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, this UNESCO World Heritage site spans over 5,600 feet (1,700 meters) and plunges 354 feet (108 meters) into the Zambezi River below.
