Bordeaux is synonymous with wine, and rightly so, as it’s home to some of the finest vineyards in the world.

But this city has much more to offer beyond wine. Its historic city center is a UNESCO World Heritage site with grand architecture and landmarks such as the Place de la Bourse and the impressive Saint-André Cathedral. Wine enthusiasts will love taking day trips to the nearby vineyards of Saint-Émilion and Médoc for tastings and tours.
